Tammy found The Work in 2004 and began to facilitate this Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR) process in 2016. Tammy’s private practice is in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, Qld. She offers sessions online worldwide with clients in New Zealand, UK and the USA. Tammy has trained Lifeline Counsellors, facilitated programs in schools and is also a School Counsellor two days a week. Tammy works with children, teens, adults, couples, teachers, psychologists, therapists, those who have experienced trauma, and anyone who would like to explore the limiting beliefs holding them back from living the life they imagined. Twice a graduate of Byron Katie’s School for the Work, Tammy has had the privilege of being facilitated directly by Katie numerous times. A gentle way to discover what is true for you.
